Who do I get my Menu back ?

Chosen solution

Press the alt key on your keyboard to make the Menu Bar appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the toolbars on.

You have to do this in each window since they all have different toolbars.

FYI: The alt key or F10 will make hidden toolbars appear momentarily in most applications.
