sync not syncing bookmarks

I have been using firefox and sync for a while now but some time ago I noticed my bookmarks didn't sync from one pc to another anymore. I thought by upgrading to the latest firefox, 29, and new sync that the problem would be solved, but it wasn't.

It seems that when I setup my account and I click the sync button, every time the arrows keep on turning blue but nothing happens and none of the pc's are in sync.

I've been searching mozilla support and been googeling my problems for the last few days but haven't found a solution yet.

Any help would be much apreciated!

Tried the Places Maintenance add-on but it didn't resolve the problem

Hi,

places.sqlite may be corrupted. Download the Places Maintenance add-on then follow the steps listed at http://blog.bonardo.net/2011/09/30/is-your-firefor-freezing-at-regular-intervals to rebuild the places.sqlite file.

Most likely this is a Places issue, yes. If you wish you can file a new bug with your Sync error log, and we can take a look.

You can file a bug at bugzilla.mozilla.org to report your issue.
To get the Sync error log, type about:sync-log and copy the text file on the day that you start Firefox Account Sync and add it as attachment to your bug.

Yes, addons.mozilla.org and getpersonas.com are having some server issue. Should be back up soon.

I guess this problem is solved since you are going to file a bug? Please try out the Places Maintenance add-on first before filing a bug. :)

Sweet! Bug looks good with the sync log in there. :)
