I can't play a audio streaming at http://alacarta.caracol.com.co/ . Is this a compatibility problem?

I was trying to play a streaming audio at http://alacarta.caracol.com.co/ but when I clicked at the play button the browser doesn't play any sound and it seems like the page was loading but it never starts.

It played fine for me. Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi Fred,

I had been set "ON" the tracking protection in the afternoon, i deactivate this feature and then the page works correctly.
