Sending of the message failed

I am able to receive emails but every time I try to send an email I get a box that says "sending of the message failed". This only started after I set my emails to forward to another email address (I have since changed this back).

What are the outgoing server settings for Smtp?

587,SSL/ TLS security,authentication normal password,username e-mail address. Check these settings for outgoing mails.

Do you have an antivirus program scanning email, or a VPN?
