I just saw that I am getting charged almost $60 for Firefox, both in 2021 & just now in 2022. All these years I thought it was free. I would like these charges refunded as I haven’t used Firefox or my computer the last two years.

This sounds like you paid for Mozilla VPN ? as a 12 month subscription plan is $59.88 US total.
