I cannot view my "Downloads" window, and when I download a file and hit save, it only downloads a .part file, and not the whole one. How do I fix this?
Like I said, when I open up my downloads window through tools > downloads, it is always blank. When I download a file and hit save, it only downloads a .part file, not the whole thing. When I try to change the directory where files download to by default, a Finder window does not pop up. I've tried all of the basic help steps about downloading problems.

Oh also I forgot to mention: when I try to download a rar file and I tell it to open, it downloads it in full, and opens it perfectly. I cannot see the status of that download though, as my downloads window is always blank
