A Mailing List?

First of all, install this add-on: https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html

How to install: http://www.ramsden.org.uk/3_How_to_install_Add-ons_in_Thunderbird.html

I'd select the List in the Address Book, select all of its member Contacts, right-click and select Export then CSV.

The exported file can be opened in a spreadsheet, the relevant columns or cells selected and printed.
