Hi

Whenever I have to put in my 3d banking password for Natwest it tells me the wrong password has been entered. This happens without fail on my first entry of the password every time regardless of what site I am shopping on.

Does it help if you (temporarily) disable the Firefox Password Manager?

  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: [] "Remember passwords for sites"

Are you using the Password Manager and / or Form Filler, or are you typing it in yourself?
