Though when I attempt to tranfere it to the player it comes up with a error-=x8005400t-licence does not exist. Hi malcolm_henry,

From what you describe, you receive an error message when you are running OverDrive and attempting to transfer music files to your SONY player, is this correct?

If so, the issue is likely with OverDrive, and you should contact their support for clarification on what the error message means:

Please let us know if this is not the case.
