I want to upload a picture from http://www.guttermonkeyinc.com but the site comes up with little boxes with x's how do I do this from uploader?
yes so as stated in question If I go to upload pictures I can from files but if I got to upload from http://www.guttermonkeyinc.com the pictures are all little x's in white boxes? how do we upload?

H i guttermonkeyinc , It may be that it will not upload a remote picture, but please let me know if that sounds correct.
Can you attach a screenshot?

- Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
- Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
Missing icons are likely supplied by a font that is downloaded from the server (@font-face) as you might see by little boxes that show the hex code of the characters instead.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
