hello support agent, I'm face a problem. in work time on http://indianvisa-bangladesh.nic.in/visa/ (Indian visa appointment time) (BST 08:30:00 to 08:40:00) may be this time server was very busy or overloaded. but at this time someone get access on this website and done his task. just now i want to know some question : 1. Have any premium version of Mozilla ? 2. which IP or Port can i use for instant access without any error. (many time show"The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading" but this time i can access any other website) 3. can you tell me how can i get smoothly access on http://indianvisa-bangladesh.nic.in/visa/ this site without any problem during server busy time.

It is possible that your ISP has a capacity problem and isn't able to handle all requests at prime time where a lot of people use internet. They same can occur with internet servers that can't handle all request and terminate (reset) the connection.

Do other browsers have the same issue?
