I'm not terribly jargon savvy but I believe I now understand what a cache is, however, I have not been able to find any place within Firefox to choose "clear cache". I'm trying to use my banking app to deposit checks but it won't work; my bank suggested I clear the cache. I found an option to clear cache in what may be another browser ( I got there by tapping the earth icon which, if it was on my laptop, would be Internet Explorer)... but when i tapped it, it went from dark grey to light grey and never changed. I originally thought when it was light grey, it was working on clearing the cache, but it remained light gray until I rebooted the tablet. Thanks for any help you can give.
