Certain websites are loading really slowly for me and I've already checked for viruses and cleared my cache and cookies.

I've been having trouble with certain websites loading incredibly slowly and directing to other websites really slowly. Some of them I can't access because it says my connection has been reset. One of these where it says the connection has been reset is YouTube, but when I access a video through a direct link everything is fine.

What else is odd is that blogs on Tumblr will load really slowly for me, but the dashboard itself is fine and loads perfectly. I've already done a virus scan on my computer and I've already cleared my cache and cookies. What else can I do?

You can try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
