I can not install any plugin
My computer is Windows 8. When I want to download and install a plugin, when I click on the Install button, I see an error message that says: There was an error downloading plugin. How do I solve this problem?

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
Nobody knows anything about it?
Try installing Add-ons from the AMO website. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
There's been a problem with installation from within the Get Add-ons UI panel. It is being looked into.
