ok here's the thing I play plenty of flash games online and recently I been getting flash crash but under it it notes No crash report so I cant sent the info to you how do I or you fix this problem?

Hi Fur-man, Crashes or other problems with certain multimedia content in Firefox (such as Flash videos, animations or games) can often be resolved by performing the steps in these Knowledge Base articles:

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  • Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0
  • Shockwave Flash 20.0 r0

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.
