Unable to create an account. Form rejects my confirm password. Keeps saying, "This field is required"

I want to leave feedback on an add-on, when I tried to create an account, I keep getting the same damn error message. "This field is required" and the "Confirm Password" field is BLANK!!! Again, over and over. Very annoying.

Did you fill in both password fields with the same data?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: 3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
