email not received by webmail email addresses

Since a week now , whenever i send an email to any web based email address like gmail , hotmail, yahoo the "receiver" never get my email. I thought the problem is from my mail host but i managed to send from my phone and it worked ok. I thought it is my work IP , then i tested through my phone with the work wifi and with my data and both went ok. so it seems the problem lies somewhere with thunderbird (38.5.1 / on mac OS X 10.9.5 ). Please help

hi, could you verify in the account settings the option smtp? check the same configuration of you phone to check is the same. hope this is useful.

it is the same , it was working perfectly and i haven't done any change to either my phone or laptop application and suddenly this thing started to happen.
