Firefox crashes
I have been using Firefox for a while and it keeps crashing all the time. I can use it for a few minutes, but it doesn't work. Usually I'm fast in opening new websites and stuff and then it crashes, but even when I'm working slowly, it keeps crashing. I see the mozilla crashreport many times a day but it never seems to help, whether I'm sending the info or not. It's really annoying because I don't know what's wrong.
Here are the details of the last crash report I just had: ID: 0674cf86-6167-4ec7-b17e-c4fa02160321 AdapterDeviceID: 0x0a34 AdapterDriverVersion: 8.15.11.8652 AdapterSubsysID: 020e1025 AdapterVendorID: 0x10de Add-ons: %7B972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd%7D:44.0.2 AvailablePageFile: 6306160640 AvailablePhysicalMemory: 2097168384 AvailableVirtualMemory: 3831042048 BIOS_Manufacturer: Packard Bell BlockedDllList:
I hope you can help me.
Kind regards, Joli.

Sorry to hear about the crashes, and thank you for submitting reports. Those are collated to set priorities for bug fixes, but the developers don't provide individual support; you are in the right place for that now.
We can best work with your crash report data on the crash-stats server where they are presented in a more readable format, linked to any pending bug reports, and linked to comments from other users submitting the same type of crash. Please check the support article "Firefox crashes - asking for support" for steps to get the report IDs for your crash reports from the about:crashes page, and then post some of the recent ones here.
Also and/or meanwhile, could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? That temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features of Firefox that might make it more prone to crashing on some systems.
If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.
If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
and OK the restart.
Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).
Any less crashy?
