thunderbird is not loading new messages from my outlook express account anymore. I send a message and it opens in outlook but not in Thunderbird. What happened
It changed after I tried to export messages from the outlook account by installing thunderbird on my older computer that has XP and then copy/pasting the profile from the older computer over the thunderbird profile in the new computer with Windows 10.
Do you think I need to uninstall/ reinstall both FireFox and thunderbird on the new computer?

ok, outlook express was a mail client program on XP. Thunderbird is also a mail client program. It has no accounts, only those with mail providers you add. One thing it can not have is an outlook express account.
I really have no idea what you have done here, but the words your using are quite confusing. Did you also install the outllook mail client? or are you talking about the web site?
