TB 45.0 doesn't show the application minimze, restore down or close icons in upper right corner of application

Windows 10 If I go HELP/Restart with ad on disabled... continue in safe mode These icons now appear I then went to the TOOLS/Add-ons menu and started to disable each of the add-ons 3 at a time and "restart" TB Still no icons show I found it. it was the add-on on the "appearance" app called classic_tb2-1.3.0-tb Then noted that others had same issue https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/classic-tb2/?src=ss

I like the appearance of this add-on but the functional elements broken make me remove it
