My recipient can't open what I sent via Safari and Outlook. I want to try sending with Firefox but don;t see how to do it.

You posted your question in the Firefox for iOS forum, but I wonder if your question is really about Firefox on Mac. If you're using a web browser to send email, the formatting is dictated by the website you're using to send the email, not the browser.
