I get an error "File cannot be played" when I try to open file on http://jdm.org/w-LiveWebcast.aspx using Firefox for Android 47.0. I don't know what the file type - not much information given in the error message. I can play the file on Chrome and Windows Firefox.

You'd need Flash to play the file. Flash isn't available anymore on Android. Tell the website owner to use modern techniques (HTML5) for their website.
