can not add sender to addressbook

Just installed Thunderbird able to do everything with exception of add to contacts. Just had drive partitioned and full win10 installed. Guy didn't save ANY OF MY EMAIL, years worth of contacts, all saved emails ect...ect.. so am starting from ... day one and I can not add to address book... Oh Boy, More frustration. Thanks for the help.

What method are you using?
