TB RSS reader won't validate feed

When I enter this RSS feed into TB, it comes back and tells me that the feed is broken or invalid. So when I plunk it into another RSS program (feed reader) it comes up and works just fine. Is TB broken, is the feed broken somehow. I do not understand why the feed works in other programs but not TB. I have the exact same feed out of different CL areas that works without issue.
