Why won't an add-on I installed & restarted computer, not work?

I installed the Facebook video downloader so that I can share FB videos with non-FB users. After installation, It tells me a 4th option will appear at bottom of each video to download the video. This button still does not appear even after restarting computer and quitting FB and opening again. Why is this NOT working???? Thank you.

And where do I find Firefox support??? I thot that is who I was contacting. Other than these community forums, I see no options for actually getting tech support. Please share if you know how to contact them. Thanks

Fred meant a support or help forum for that Facebook video downloader extension.

This forum provides support for Firefox, but necessarily add-ons for Firefox.

Per the download page for that add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/facebook-videos-downloader/ - 6 out of 7 user reviews claim that add-on doesn't work.
