gmail setup stuck after clicking "Done"
I want to setup the gmail thru thunderbird, but after click "Done" button on mail account setup, the google sign in page "to continue to Mozilla Thunderbird Email" is hang and no response. Please kindly help on this. The password that I enter is 100% right.

Are you using Thunderbird version 52.1.0 ?
There was a reported bug issue regarding gmail because gmail had changed the oauth login, but I was under the impression that this had been fixed in version 52.1.0
I am using the latest version 52.1.0. Is thunderbird supporting team known this issure? seem i am not the only one
I would assume they know about it since they claim it is fixed in version 52.1.
