my system doesn't execute the uninstallation in the classic way, what can i do?
window 10, when try the command uninstall in programs and features in the control panel doesn't work it just doesn't do anything, no messages, error code or else....

You can use Explorer and go to the installed location and find the Uninstall execute and run that to see if it removes it. Sometimes that is the low and dirty way to get rid of stubborn files. Otherwise should that fail you need to download something like Revo uninstaller to find and remove it.
