Why Firefox 57 Desktop version can't Print to Pdf or Save as PDF whereas the Android Mobile version can Save as PDF?

I am unable to Save as PDF or Print to PDF like in Chrome or in Android Firefox Browser? I am just wondering why the Android version is more advanced that the Windows Desktop version..

You have to install virtual PDF printer such as PDFCreator.
