Dropdown closes on scroll

My system Information:

$ sw_vers

ProductName: Mac OS X

ProductVersion: 10.13.2

BuildVersion: 17C88

Firefox version is: 57.0.3 (64-bit)

Problem:

When you open a dropdown, and then scroll up/down a bit, the dropdown is getting closed. It is happening in FF 57.0.3 64 bit, but chrome looks good. This problem was not there until my FF upgraded to 57+. If you try this example in both browser, you will see the same problem.

Did this work in previous Firefox versions?

I'm not seeing this as a known bug on OS X 10.13.

Yes it used to work. Right now, what we see is that when you scroll up/down the dropdown is getting closed. So I am sure something got changed in the new FF release.
