You cannot delete the headers of an email. Currently, you have the setting to show all the headers. Show all headers can be useful if you need to view the source for some reason, but it is not necessary for general use. Use the following info to reduce all those headers down to just the basics.
Suggest you do this: If you have the 'Menu Bar' toolbar enabled:
'View' > 'Headers' > select 'Normal'
OR Via 'Mail Toolbar' toolbar 'Menu icon' > 'View' > 'Headers' > select 'Normal'
