Hi,

Using 2 browsers for work (Firefox and Google Chrome). Most of the time, I am copying information from Firefox to Sheets in Google Chrome, using Ctrl+Shift+V combination.

After the recent update, this combination is not working. Have to use regular Ctrl+V, which messes up the formatting in Google Sheets a lot.

Tried to open the same page in Google Chrome. Ctrl+Shift+V works as intended. So the problem must be in Firefox.

What happened to my Firefox and how can I fix it?

ADDED:

If I open Sheets in Firefox and try Ctrl+Shift+V (from Firefox to Firefox) it also doesn't work.

{ Ctrl + V } has always been the Paste command for me in Firefox, since Aug 2002. And that is the standard keyboard command for Paste in every Windows application that I can ever recall using in the last 20 years.

Although I have never even tried using { Crtl + Shft + V } - I have never used Sheets in Chrome and have never used much of anything from Google beyond Gmail and Google search. Oh, almost forgot about my using Google Earth Pro - which uses { Ctrl + V } for Paste.
