Multiple copies if incoming emails occuring -- how to remove duplicates
Multiple copies of emails seem to be regularly occurring in several TBird accounts. Is there an easy way to remove duplicates and how can this problem be prevented?

i used to have this same problem it quit doing that after i got the latest version of firefox, i dont know what does to g mail but it didnt happen any more..... david

What is the account type - POP or IMAP?
pop why do you need that
THIS IS ON THUNDERBIRD Not Firefox and it is Pop accts

Try to delete popstate.dat. See this article for instructions. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Popstate.dat#Deleting_popstate.dat
