Under the list of messages is Reply forward Archive Junk Delete More (I don't know what this is called) under that are several lines that gives the source information probably 50 lines or so. Then the message body. Why am I seeing all that source information. I don't need it and I have searched everywhere to figure out how to get rid of it. I know ther is a CTRL +U but it is not a toggle. It is on every message.

Thanks, that got rid of most of it. It is still showing the from, subject, reply to which is not needed. All that info is already showing in the list.

There is an add on called compact header that shrinks the header bar for the Message Pane more. You could try that and see if it makes you happy.
