I have complete Mail on Windows 10 and it never opens in full screen. I manually have to maximise it and also change the column gaps each time it opens. It is frustrating to adjust each time and I cannot find anywhere that gives a place to permanently adjust it. I would think after setting it up it would just stay like that until changed again. Thanks Cam

What is "complete mail" I suggest you ask the folk that sold it to you.

This is the name of the E-mail program I was supplied with in "Complete Office" and this is the site it sent me to when requesting help. So this is who own it.

Some one sent you to the wrong place. Did you try Googling complete mail? I did. https://www.completetechnologysoftware.com/email-complete-mail.html

yeah, I googled it as well. rebadged libre office and a rebadged Thunderbird. Both FREE applications to download.

But I am not going to offer support, because I have no idea what may or may not have been changed by those that put on the coat of paint and then asked money for something free. But it sounds like the work of folk that really just want money. The two vendors listed, Harvey Norman and Joyce Main are both Australian companies that really do not inspire confidence. Just take the product back to either and demand a refund.

Download and install Thunderbird and libre office and then the free software community will offer support as they know exactly what went into the build.
