HI, one of your Norton Extensions maybe blocking it but I would think it would be in the Address bar far left does a Shield come up beside the padlock when this happens ? If so click the shield and change permissions.

HI, one of your Norton Extensions maybe blocking it but I would think it would be in the Address bar far left does a Shield come up beside the padlock when this happens ? If so click the shield and change permissions.
