I have seen my firefox have been updated to a "quantum edition". My cookies, sessions were lost too... WHAT A FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, 1st of all Firefox Volunteers supply Support only. 2nd Do not ever install a another version of Firefox while another is running. 3rd Do not install a 2nd Firefox on the same h/drive or partion as the other one. We are sorry to here of your instance though and do understand the anguish. Please look on the Desktop for a folder called OldFirefoxProfile, it is doubtful this got created in this circumstance.
