I would like to transfer all my Bell Canada Webmail folders to Thunderbird. Both email apps are installed on the same Win10 PC. Webmail doesn't appear to have an Export function but does have an option to save the contents of a folder as a zip file containing all the *.eml files. How can these be imported into Thunderbird and dropped into a new folder.

You can import eml files to TB by following these instructions:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switching-thunderbird#w_importing-windows-mail-messages

If you have just a few eml files, they can be dragged from an Explorer folder and dropped onto a TB subfolder of Local Folders.

Or, set up the Bell account as IMAP to access your webmail folders directly in TB.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Loading the Tools/Import/Export to TB did the trick. This add-on should be part of the TB install package as any new user to TB would likely need to import their emails to TB by some expedient means other than 3rd party email manager apps.
