I've moved the question to Firefox for Enterprise support.
You can look at page to see if there is anything useful:
•https://militarycac.com/firefox.htm is blocked do to an unsupported protocol or cipher suite.
Security Devices is on my short list to be implemented as a policy.
In the mean time, you can add a security device using a WebExtension.
