Hello, I have my account information for my sync account but it keeps saying that it is not a valid account. My email is xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx password is xxxxxxxxx and sync key is x-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx Is there any way to recover my synced stuff? or am I up a creek? Thanks for your time, Michelle

Well your going to have to change your password now.

Are you Syncing to multiple devices such as a phone/laptop/pad ? If not Sync is not intended as a backup service.

The Sync key was used with the previous Sync version. The current Sync version uses the Firefox account and no longer requires a separate Sync key.

You will have to create a new Sync account if you want to use Sync.

Note that you should never post username and password information anywhere on internet. In this case it won't matter unless you would still be using the same password for other websites. If that is the case then you should change the password for involved websites just to be sure.
