Set up Yubikey USB (FIDO U2F) for FireFox's Master Password
Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to use a Yubikey USB set with a one time/same password (FIDO u2f) as a substitution for Firefox's Master-Ppassword, which is used to access FireFox's saved login user names and passwords?
From my understanding, I believe there is a way to set a Yubikey (from Yubico) with the ability to provide the same password each time you psychically touch the yubikey USB with your thumb, thus providing the advantage of a longer and more complex password.
I am setting up FireFox for my entire family and thought this would be a great and easy way for my OLDER in-laws to use FireFox's built in password manager and not worry about forgetting their Master Password (I will be permanently attaching Yubikey USB to their laptops with a wire string...LOL)
I would love to hear your response or any suggestions regarding what I'm trying to achieve.
Thank you for the hard work and thanks in advanced for your time.

The Firefox Master Password is different from U2F. Sorry, I am not familiar with that hardware device, but Firefox Quantum does have U2F support which the user needs to enable.
