Cannot send emails, tool bar not visible when reply email open
Since last update on Thunderbird I cannot send emails as the tool bar at top of screen disappears as soon as you go into reply.

if your compose window has no menu. open it. Press F10 to make the menu visible until you use it. (alt also makes it visible while you hold the key)
From the view menu (alt+V) select toolbars. select all four of the toolbars. But particularly the composition toolbar you are asking about, but try them all you never know what your missing until you try the other options.
Is the composition toolbar is not an option, but the folde pane toolbar is go back and open the write window and do it in the right window.
