We noticed that in some specific versions of Firefox(67,68, 68.0.X ESR), there is a change of behavior for referer headers. In older versions(66, 60.X ESR) there is no referer healder available in the request(see appended screenshot: first 2 images), but in 68/68.0.2 ESR a referer header is added, and it's not the preceding request(screenshot: last 2 images), and causing the request to fail. We also noticed that the request doesn't have the referer header any more in the latest versions(69/ 68.1ESR). Did Firefox fix anything that could trigger this behavior in 69/68.1ESR? And will this no-referer behavior be the "correct" behavior going forward? Thank you!
