Attempting to open in app office 365 documents such as word. I get Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (ms-word) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context. 

   You might need to install other software to open this address.

I have tried all of the suggestions on forums so far to no avail. IE and Chrome work fine. I can download but need to work collaboratively and it takes too much time.
