When typing Hebrew the align to right isn't make the text from right to left

You can see that first line have the comma in right place when typing from left to right, but only if there is text after.. In second line, I finish with comma but it moved to right. In last line, I start the line with numbers, and then start typing, but numbers didn't stay at the start.
