I just installed 68.5.0 and all my emails and address book are gone. How do I restore them?

I had input an email address from my Address Book and went to send the completed email but it wouldn't send even though I had just forwarded another email; try as I might I am unable to get back Address Book and the whole email inbox together with Folders holding all my important emails captured within new folders. Please help
