Hello wcfinc1999, If you are using Windows 10, the reason it doesn't use your email's service is because it isn't your default email. To change that, click the Type here to search bar on the bottom and type default apps. Once you clicked that, change your email app to whatever you want to see. Tell me if that helped and, Stay Safe!
