Firefox slow or not loading at all.
My laptop now has Windows 10, build 2004. Firefox does not open or opens very, very slowly. Any idea why?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
