You can change your search engine at the hamburger menue on the top right at settings, search, standard search engine or to reach the settings page directly type "about:preferences#search" in your adress bar. When you want to change your startpage choose home at settings or type "about:preferences#home" and choose your startpage or choose what's shown at the firefox startpage.
