Google Maps are not appearing

I have had access to Google Maps for years. Now when I try to open a map I get the following message which I have no idea what it means:

"We are sorry, but you do not have access to Google Maps. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access."

If I use Edge browser the maps open. If I use Chrome browser the maps open but using FireFox they do not open.

I asked the question yesterday and got a reply that was about 4 levels above my understanding as to what to do to fix the problem.

I also got a couple of replies that said it was an Avast security problem. That does not seem realistic if I can open the maps on the other browsers.

This is about the 3rd or 4th item where something does not work in Firefox but they work in other browsers. I prefer Firefox but I'm becoming disenchanted.
