My Thunderbird (Win 10) setup has inboxes for 6 inboxes. Since the last upgrade, the application doesn't open to my default address and inbox but to a lesser one. How do I tell the app always to open where I want. This happens even if I browse to my preferred inbox, close Thunderbird and then reopen. It still opens to a different inbox.

PS - I'm writing this post using Chrome because my up-to-date version of Firefox doesn't show the Ask Now button.

TB should open in the folder that was open at last exit. If it doesn't, Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, delete session.json.

A specific folder can be set to open, independent of the folder that was open at closing, with this add-on:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/manually-sort-folders/
